I am an American clinical intern residing in Frankfurt, Germany. I am currently finalizing my internship hours for the completion of my doctoral degree in Clinical Psychology with Pacifica Graduate Institute of Carpinteria, California. I provide counseling services for individual adults, couples, and families, both in person at the PsyShrink practice in Frankfurt and around the world via online video- and tele-conferencing.
Over the course of my academic and professional careers, I have worked extensively with facets of identity development, human sexuality, multiculturalism, and phase-of-life adaptation.
I taught courses and workshops centered on identity development and best practices in therapeutic approaches for gay, lesbian, bisexual and transgendered individuals at Antioch University Los Angeles.
My role as your counselor is to assist you in pin-pointing your strengths, exploring your self-effacing behaviors, and identifying the obstacles that stand in the way of your goals. • Addiction and recovery
• Maladaptive stress
• Relationship conflicts
• Relationship preparedness (pre-marital counseling)
• Gay and Lesbian affirmative counseling
• Executive coaching
• Grief and loss
• Depressive mood
• Phase-of-life challenges
• Culture shock
• Communication skills
• Body and mind connectivity
