English Speaking Therapy in Frankfurt
Located in the North East of the city
Experienced English-language therapy in Frankfurt — for individuals, couples, and families navigating life abroad.
Frankfurt is one of Europe’s most international cities — and one of its loneliest for expats who arrive without a network, a language, or anyone who truly understands what they’re carrying. At PsyShrink, our Frankfurt therapist works with international professionals and expat families on exactly those pressures: relationship strain, burnout, adjustment, cultural transition, and the particular complexity of building a life between two worlds.
Sessions are available in person in Frankfurt or online — wherever works best for you.

What we help with in Frankfurt
Individual therapy. Burnout, anxiety, adjustment, identity — working through the things that pile up when you’re managing a demanding life abroad without the support structures you’d have at home.
Couples therapy. International relationships face pressures most couples never deal with — career compromises, relocation strain, distance from family, two cultures colliding at the dinner table. More on couples therapy →
Family therapy. Support for expat and international families at any stage — parenting across cultures, family transitions, conflict, and communication. More on family therapy →
Family mediation. When couples separate, mediation can be faster, less stressful, and less costly than going to court — keeping families in control of decisions about children, finances, and property. Our Frankfurt therapist is a certified mediator specialising in family conflict and parenting arrangements.
